Youth Development

Fundamental to youth development is building the right foundations as a pathway into health and fitness. For young people, these foundations differ according to age, gender, experience and sport.

We have worked with literally thousands of young teams, from gaelic football, hurling and camogie U13s to Seniors and Dublin GAA U16 boys hurling and football, numerous soccer players from League of Ireland teams all over Leinster and Home Farm football club. In youth rugby, we have worked with Clontarf Rugby Club and Malahide Rugby Club, as well as various schools throughout Dublin. In addition, we have worked with numerous young people from different sports such as swimming, tennis and tae kwon do.

We offer sports development for players looking to have a competitive edge through proper strength and conditioning methods, and our hugely popular teen fitness camps are for teenagers of any fitness level looking to get healthy and well and have the right advice about sports and nutrition.

Our prime goal is to give teens a good foothold in understanding the benefits of health and nutrition, and developing lifelong habits without it becoming a preoccupation. We never emphasise personal appearance, calorie counting or weight management, focussing instead on positive outcomes such as improved wellbeing, better sleep, sharper sports performance and increased energy.
