“Excellent, professional and thorough – are the first words that come to mind. This programme reviewed 3 main areas for me: fitness, nutrition and my personal goals. I love the personalised workouts that focus on the whole body targeting arms and core one day, then legs and core another. It changed the way I view fitness and health – in a good way. I now enjoy my workouts, look forward to a run and actively think about what fuels my body. Working out really does make you feel better, happier and healthier. “Attended the nutritional classes run by Meredith -over six consecutive Tuesdays morning. Very informative covering range of topics from psychology of mindless eating, good diet, meal planning and food shopping which I find very helpful. The good news is if you miss a Tuesday morning you can attend the Saturday class. Would recommend it”
